Once more a huge smell hangs over Vale Park. Rotten to the core. If I invested 100k would they give me a couple of seats on the board? Would they ********.

 

Of course these 2 new directors have to be voted on at an EGM.If they are not putting their original investment/ sponsorship of 400k it could be close whether they get on the board or not.I suppose it depends how many more shares the Jackson 6 have acquired recently.:(

They could do a postal vote again but who knows who the 2 new people are? Don't think it would be the same as it was for Mini Meigh.

Now that Adams has signed players and the playing budget is spent Adams

should step down as a Director and concentrate on being the manager.

Adams was only voted on as a Director for footballing reasons and now

the contracts and signings have been done that mandate ends and the Board

should return to a non-functional three which was the outcome of the EGM.

 

So we have a Stoke fan as a plant at the AGM and now a Walsall fan and a QPR fan go to America to offer two friendly seats on the Board for 24.9%.

 

A friend in America looked at Ameriturf and said it looked like a scam and

that all that could be found was a circle of three amateur websites with

non-working links and a home phone number nobody answered with

the only address for the global company a bungalow which on property search for the post code area would be worth under $250,000/£150,000.

That was the spurious reason given and the football league had no problem with signing players...however now players are signed and the budget spent

there is no footballing reason for Adams to be a Director....the mandate for

Adams to be Director was to sign players and now contracts have been sorted and players signed Adams nolonger has that mandate.

Since they now have a quorum, cannot they now co-opt directors onto the board, to be confirmed at the AGM in the usual way by voting for themselves?======
