Who is paying for Plants services to the Vale?What is his remit? Is it just to gather dirt on anyone interested in investing in the club. Can't a solicitor see Bratt for what he is? Very worrying!! Would you employ him?

My best mate, drinks with Plants best mate (by the way Plants best mate is a top chap) and he said that he is basically their just to help Bratt by taking some duties off Bratt and trying to deflect some **** from Bratt.

 

Now, if the above is the case, what does Deakin do o r why do we need both Deakin & PLant helping Bratt?

So Plant is there to basically help Bratt by taking on some his dutie's.I doubt he will be doing this for free.So is Plant being paid by Bratt,the club,or in kind.I would hope it is being declared to the tax man.No doubt if being paid directly from the club it will show in the account's wont it.

The accounts at the AGM should be very interesting or if Sims ever gets to see the books perhaps he could check on how much Plant is being paid and where the money is coming from ?

would imagine that any payments, if recorded, would be under either "legal fees" or "general wages etc" so not easily definable and as Mr Oliver said the other day that share holders will only see the Accounts and not the real finances (well words to that effect).

Mind you, when he was giving my mate stick outside the ground towards the season end, both him and the 2 lads with him were off into the Directors area somewhere so there may be a benefit in kind too.
