I wouldnt be surprised if someone started a chant at a match...

 

Named and shamed... no sympathy whatsoever.

 

I think that's a little unfair tbh. Colin has pleaded guilty to "Failing to dispose of his household rubbish correctly and failing whether the person disposing of his waste had a waste carrier's licence."

 

It doesn't state that Colin actually dumped the rubbish himself and it seems a huge fine for being ignorant of the law & his responsibility in checking the necessary paperwork of the contractor. The real villain is the guy who took Colin's money then dumped the rubbish. I hope (If that is the case) that the conman was taken to Court and received a bigger fine than his victim got.

I believe Veseli is up for illegal yodelling at Nantwich magistrates court next Monday too, and just one small point about CD and his flytipping, he should have done it in bindipper land, they wouldn't have noticed any difference there and would probably have thought he was cleaning the place up.
