The question was meant to be ironic. Though I am annoyed with people who flytip, it is really anti-social, and personally would make them clear it up with their bare hands and have it in their living room for 3 months. Might let CD off as he has scored a couple of important goals.

If my maths are correct, those fines total £1541.00

 

The fines for these kind of low-level, non-violent offences (fly-tipping, train fare evasion, throwing cigarette butts etc) are completely disproportionate when compared to dangerous and violent offences.

 

I can't stand fly-tipping, but I'm more worried by the out-of-control carrying of weapons in public.
