One of the finest players I have ever seen! I felt the same kind of shivers of excitement, waiting to watch this genius play for a very good Arsenal team as I did watching Mark Chamberlain's early career developing! I also found him to be quite sensible and modest, in interviews, and insightful! I know he sullied his career a tad, with the handball against Ireland - sadly, that said more about modern football values than about the man.

For me he's the best foreign player to ever play over here. I think Suarez rivals him in terms of ability, but Henry was at Arsenal for much longer and never also made headlines for wrong reasons.

 

I think he's an excellent pundit from what I remember in the World Cup. Both knowledgeable and quit-witted. Good addition by Sky Sports following on from Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher.

A great player, and extremely popular almost everywhere he goes, except perhaps Ireland. Maybe he can lend them a hand in their next Euro qualifying campaign.:)

Absolute legend. The best player to ever play in the Premier League in my eyes..Some of the goals he scored for Arsenal were simply breath-taking. Only a handful of players to score 30 league goals in a Premiership season, and in 2004 he destroyed Liverpool and Leeds Utd in a week with 7 goals against these 2.. This guy won virtually every trophy he played in..

Their is so many worldy goals he scored, but for me the volley against Man Utd was just different gravy..
