The bit about another EGM was interesting....how quick can one be called

and if Mark Sims elected as a Director hasn't got all the books and paperwork requested today for due dilligence...the club have had a weeks notice.....then an EGM must be called.....

firstly to insist that the books be made available for a forensic audit,to remove the three directors,insist this sponsorship is sponsorship and not equity and finally a vote to decide whether the fans have a right to vote on a one share holder one vote basis on the Mo Chaudry bid.

Just seen Dave Whelan on the SSN talking about backing his manager Roberto Martinez' move to Villa.It would be nice to have a chaiman with his kind of attitude at the Vale.:yes:

 

We could have one he would be called Mo Chaudry. Before people say Dave whelan spet alot more money. He built them that fantastic new ground which cost a large chunk.
