I'm particulary confused why NLV and many vale fans are against Micky Adams applying to become a director on the board. For me, this show his commitment to being even more part of Port Vale Football Club.

 

What could possibly go wrong? Micky Adams putting in his own cash for shares, the last thing we want to be doing is putting him down.

 

Even if Micky joins the current board, surely the others can still be voted off and Mo & co join?

 

What's the big deal???

You really need to read the other threads. He isn't putting his own cash in he is using Stan Meigh's like everyone else does.

Ameriturf come in and they will be in control of the club forever.

What could possibly go right? That is the more pertinent question! I'll back Adams... all the way to the dole queue. Just like he backed us in December eh?

 

He made the decision he felt was right... he's trying to amend things now. :yes:

In the interview on Sky Sports, he didn't seem that keen on the idea of putting his own money in....or to actually being a director either. He was asked, he says. Read what he says on the BBC and get some idea of what he thinks the job involves.....then work out why lots of folk think he's not showing any commitment to the club really....
