The FA should take action against QPR if they are fined and refuse to pay the fine. They would certainly do so against smaller clubs and even against players. It will be interesting to see how their treatment of QPR compares with the treatment of Salisbury City. Will QPR be allowed in the FA Cup If they have not paid their fine by the third round in January 2015? Over to you Mr Dyke.

I think you'll find that it's a case of one rule for one and one rule for another,especially where the Premier League is concerned.
