Best goal ever- George Best v Chelsea in a cup- tie on a mud heap where Chopper Harris tried to dissect him.

World Cup- Maradona( not the hand of a **** goal)Team goal in

World Cup- Carlos Alberto 1970 Final.

Vale- Tony Naylor at Wolves from 2 yards after a sublime diagonal from Sir Raymond and volley cross from Steve Guppy.

Best ever? Ronaldo (the Brazilian one) for Barcelona v Compostela (I think). Ran 2/3 of the pitch with defenders trying everything to stop him (legal or otherwise) and then finished magnificently

Beats Maradona's v England and that similar George Weah goal

Yep this one. A great goal by a great player. My favourite goal ever.

Ronaldinho against Chelsea in Champions League @ Stamford Bridge. I watched it live and nearly fell off my seat.

Williamsons goal against Crawley away this season if that was Rooney, Hazard or RVP it would of been talked about for weeks.

Jimmy Greenhoff from a Steve Fox corner at the Bycars End, night match about '82 think against Wigan?

Paul Kerr's screamer at Sjoke even though we lost, had it not gone in it would have hit me in the face....

Does anyone remember Dean Glover's 45 yard overhead kick back pass that went straight past Grewy??? Think it was v. Norwich.....

Favourite England or Premier***** goals...

None. Never watch it. Not interested, i'd rather Billy Knott sign for us than England win the world cup.

England - Michael Owen vs Argentina closely followed by Steven Gerrard's shot (England's 2nd) vs Germany in the 5-1 England win in 2001.

Vale - Ray Walker vs Tottenham closely followed by Tom Pope's goal against AFC Wimbledon in the 2-2 draw last season, tremendous piece of skill, awareness and determination.

Tony Naylor v Sunderland. I remember the Hamil Road being packed and all the Sunderland fans standing and applauding the goal

What great memories you guys have brought back. Naylors how could i have forgotten that, and Futch the Greenhoffs great volley. And yes Deano used to love that blind overhead back pass! can anyone remember Billy Kellock's debut in a night game where he took every free kibk and every corner and scored two goals i think. Finally John Woodward debut where the opposition manager apparently told his players not to worry about him and he scored twice. Sorry i seem to have drifted off topic onto most memorable debuts.

Jimmy Hill Vale v Oxford FA Cup on an icy pitch.

Peter Sutcliffe's lob following several volleyed passes without the ball touching the ground.

Nicky Cross at Derby when Darren Hughes skinned their whole team.

For England , Beckham v Greece no contest. In fact his whole performance that day.

Darren Hughes didnt skin their whole team.

Dont lie.

Great goal though.
