So if the goal was in any other of the 93 minutes that would have made it ok?! Surely the later the goal the better. No chance for them to respond.

 

I've seen a lot of bizarre criticism of vale in recent weeks but moaning about which minute we score in is a new one!

It also shows persistence and belief that the game can be won, watch teams panic now in the closing minutes.

Can we all please have a group hug and love one another and celebrate, even if its just for 5 minutes.

 

One thing is for sure I bet the players and Micky are happy.....

Blakeman sounding like a prat. Not having it that carlisle are a weak team even though they have let in over 20 goals.

 

They aren't !!!! They conceded the goals in first 3 games because they were playing youth-team defenders. They then signed experienced defenders from Southampton, chesterfield, Exeter. Then got decent results against Colchester and Brentford.

No names, but just over a week ago, one of our more 'educated' posters was sure Tom Pope wouldn't even get to 5 goals this season. I said he would be feeling a fool by the end of the season - I was wrong, it will be months earlier than that, certainly by October. Tom will be good for 15-20 goals this time, maybe more.

Glad my mind games worked and he has come good ;)
