I can also remember a happier game at Bramhall Lane where it was Sheff Utd v Mussey in the closing stages and he came out on top.

Ask him how annoyed he was when the backpass rule changed, as his kicking of a moving ball was poor and sometimes didn`t happen!

I remember he made one save against Sheffield United at home, which if Schmeichel had made it for Man Utd we'd still be seeing it on tv today.

 

Ask him what he thought the best save he ever made was for Vale.

It was a pleasure to meet him and I think I managed to ask all the questions in this thread. I also told him that mr hobblesworth loved him - but he didn't seem to be too impressed. Mussey is still a great Vale fan who has a lot of affection for the club and it certainly came through in his interview. Mind you, he's not over impressed with Nobby!
