Season Ticket Match Numbers

Hi All

 

On Friday v Cheltenham I approached the Paddock turnstyle with my ST and handed over my ticket (Match no 19) only to be told it was the wrong ticket due to the Aldershot game being postponed and that I needed Match no 20. I was then told I needed to go to the ticket office to get the correct ticket.

 

This was much to my suprise as I have been a ST holder many years and have never had this problem, even when games have been cancelled. I have always just taken the lowest match number to the game.

 

Is this correct?

As far as I am aware bud, I've handed in the next ticket in my book and had no problems.

Yes it is you just take you next numbered ticket to the game, don't know where the turnstile opo got that from.

if you have a wrongly numbered ticket I'd get yourself up to the ticket office and explain what happend and see if they will replace it with a correct one

 

my dad had a problem with his season ticket the other week and the guys/girls in the office were really really helpful

Don't you take the ticket book to the match with you? Saves any problems then if you have all your tickets with you.

you must have missed amatch the burton game is s/t 21,aldershot 22, northhampton 23,

Ive never been asked to skip a ticket number as any game not played does not count.
