I must say when I looked at him today he looked like a lost school boy, I think when we were at the beginning of the season the size of the squad helped it was a little close knit group since being able to improve the squad and utilise more players adams has been found wanting, his interview was very defeatist, where has the we dont roll over and let our bellies be tickled attitude gone, very worrying

I am not being funny I have backed Adams to the hilt so far, but these days he doesn't even seem to be able finish a promotion campaign. Nobody is a moran or moron as the actual word is or stupid or what ever for questioning Micky's position. Yes he took us here but at this rate, he will also take us away from it at the same time. Good manager in ways but very limited in tactics and will always get figured out by the later half of a season. Micky needs a plan B to confuse the opposition. I just get the feeling if we didn't go up Micky would walk. He may be fed up himself.

Yes it will actually cost the club alot. The fans will not be happy with another season in the basement either. I don't want the brigade of ' Well in the 70's we were in the 4th division' like we are just where we belong and have always been. It needs sorting and sorting fast. We as a club can't afford another season in this tinpot league. Its vile.

I don't really like saying it but Micky hasn't addressed our problems in January apart from bringing in Jones at left back and tactically he is clueless he doesn't see to be able a problem and make a change to fix it

 

So I've got to be honest if he got the sack I wouldn't be disappointed as long as his replacement is a decent choice that is

Pathetic to say Adams should be sacked..................The cost would be exorbitant,the new loan signings are costing a fortune and gates are down the new owners dont have a bottomless pit.

 

I have to say this is least like a promotion season as I have known, after Adams tantrum at Torquay the atmosphere has fallen flat,home performances are dire and to get beaten by a poor Southend side has put the top hat on it for me

If the players are good enough, they will go up. This is not really about Adams, it's about the quality of the players. They have the chance to put it right over the next few games and hopefully they will.
