Some great goals, as I've said before the biggest single transformation in a footballer I have seen in 20 years of watching the game. Lets be honest even before this season even Pope's biggest fans could never have thought it was possible? I thought maybe 10 goals if he got better service, as he could always head the ball reasonably well and had the right build to be a good hold up man. But he has improved his whole game beyond belief!

 

His 2nd against Wycombe is a brilliant header, 2nd against Plymouth and Rochdale are great finishes too and his goal at Rotherham will live with me for a long time not least for the mental in the stand when it went in!:D:pope:

Really struggle to pick a favourite, the finish against Walsall away takes some beating as it came from nowhere, but then the Rotheram away goal was special.. Oh who knows, they're all brilliant!

My favourite has to be the Wimbledon goal, never seen a player push the ball round the keeper, do three (?) rolls get up and put the ball in from such a tight angle. Amazing piece of skill.

 

I like the way he passes the ball into the net, sign of someone composed in front of goal. His heading ability is superb and we shouldn't forget his defensive efforts to, so relieved the transfer window has gone. Brilliant he's a local lad.
