Target Season Ticket Sales to tie Onel to the Vale?

If he resigns, can we rename OVF to OnelValeFan for the day?

If we had had Walters on loan from a prem club this season instead of him being home grown people would be saying exactly the same thing about him.

Walters is like most/probably all young players I have seen come through, inconsistent. The difference is this season Walters's bad games have probably been 5 out of 10. Sheriff has had quite a few 1 out of 10 games. At a young age you can see the potential in a player from the good games they play. To become a good player some time around their early 20s the bad games need to be 7 out of 10. Broadly speaking Walters and Sheriff are the same age. Walters is probably a little ahead of where Earle was in 83/84. Earle really came good in the 84/85 season, following a relegation from what was then league 3. I think next season will be a big one for Walters. Probably his career will go one of two ways; either he develops the consistency required and he'll move up the leagues, or he doesn't and drops out of the league. Either way it may well be his last at the club. If you look at someone like Mark Bright he only played consistently well for the last 15 or so games of the 82/83 season and was gone at the end of it. Prior to that he had been behind the aforementioned Robbie Earle, who was very much a centreforward at the time.

Whatever they do will bring criticism. But I wouldn’t be offering an unfit 33 year old wide player who seems to me to be a bag of tricks but suspiciously lacking in goals or assists and not much cop out of possession anything more than a short contract on big standard league 2 wages.

He would of had 3 or 4 assists yesterday if we had someone capable of putting the ball in the net 🙂

Hernandez on a pitch like one at Stockport with Yorks striker up front, signed , and a a few more who can hit net put 2000 on home gates

For sure

Also with Carlisle not going up I would like to see us try and tempt Foyle back to the club in some capacity and i certainly wouldn't mind if he did bring Linney with him

24 year old midfielder Zak Brunt of Boreham Wood.

40 g/a this season
