Yes he did.  Sky said this was his first start in the league since April last year.

He did as I think Simkin who they had from Stoke had been dropped for a bit.

Everyone’s favourite December champions do have Rico on the bench too. Obviously a current Vale player for now though suspect that might change in the summer time.

His last league start (before tonight) was indeed against us in April last year as after that Simkin became first choice again. Liam Gordon also started that game and George Hall came on at half-time.

Did you see Rico when he came on ?   Look at the 2nd goal closeup highlights of Ricco on the front post . A pure example of why a little forward doesn't make a good addition to the defence. If you see it, look at his eyes - three is so much fear in them . He didnt want be anywhere near that post .

Seen Tranmere fans raving about Marosi. It’s as if players come to life once they leave VP. I know they got battered against Notts but Marosi pulled off a couple of outstanding saves and has been praised for his performances there.

He played 133 of Shrewsbury's 138 League One games prior to last season, so it's not like a handful poor performances for us makes him a <ovf censored> keeper

I’ve got a theory that Brady would have been better getting his own coaching staff. Marosi has never been forgiven but the other two have hardly coveted themselves in glory.

Totally agree that Brady should be allowed bring his own people in,I guess that's all down to costs of getting rid of the 300 staff DM had,we have just got to wait until he gets another management job

Sang was on the scoresheet for Shrewsbury tonight and they had 3 other ex Vale players starting and they were Lloyd, Benning and McDermott.
