Just caught the back end of the EFL highlights (or lowlights) for Tranmere and smudge, he slid and cleared a ball off the line and it ricocheted off Jason Lowe and in for an OG forged in Burslem, smudge then gets turned inside out for the third and finally gives a peno away for the 5th. Crosby surely can’t survive that drubbing. Also saw assists for Mal Benning for Shrewsbury and Gibbo for Cambridge. Balmer scored another worldie for Bristol Rovers too.

    It’s a shame for Crosby but he’s not a manager unfortunately. Followed a similar pattern to his one at Vale loosely. Decent enough start but a one trick pony and no idea how to turn things around once the slide starts. Think he’d have been gone already if their owners weren’t totally skint.

    I have just seen the highlights and by heck both Smudge and Jason Lowe had an absolute nightmare. Also Tranmere fans have said that the players look unfit which is exactly the same problem that we had under Crosby as after 60 minutes the players always looked like they were running on fumes.

    What a nightmare for Wednesday. Probably going to get relegated on minus points at this rate as well as getting relegated at their biggest rival. Arblaster on the bench for Sheffield Utd, must still be building himself back up after his ACL.

    Got Monty playing at LWB for Livingston against Rangers on Sky at the moment and currently lead approaching half time.

    I’ll be honest I find the Scottish football coverage on Sky is downright insufferable. Basically the Kris Boyd and Chris Sutton clown show. The contrast with the PL coverage is stark.

    With Monty I remember he did have a few injury issues at Vale so can’t imagine that plastic pitch is too great for him.

    The plastic pitches are awful. The officials are even worse though , far more worse than the EFL lot 

    How the ref or VAR never gave a foul at the end there is absolutely mental
