    I think it is harsh to judge some of our players ability to play in league 1 based on performances in the relegation side. In the second half of that season we had no midfield, no strikers no full/wing backs. The team has no confidence or patterns of play. The defence were under constant pressure with no out balls.

    Despite all of that we were only 5 points short. We would have probably survived if we had a striker who could score.

    A centre half who I would like us to sign would be Paudie O'Connor from Lincoln. An experienced player at division one who at 6' 3" would give us the height we need. Also weighs in with a few goals.

    I know his attitude stink at Vale which is why he was sent back to the scousers quite early but did I read a few comments on here that fans that people were impressed with Rhys Williams when they watched him play against us?
