very comfortable. Poor game but we’re certainly on top. These are as bad as I’ve seen so far, passing it out in crazy areas and nothing up front. Perfect side to press high against and we have done it well. Dont think we have got out of 2nd gear and haven’t needed to. Mitch had a good game again.

File that as a decentish performance all things considered. Maybe left a couple of goals out there. Stockley been immense dominating his battle and I think Walters done well again.

Drive home the advantage Vale, only takes one while it stays like this.

Good first half, Vale, well deserved lead.

Build on that with an attacking second half - we can absolutely tonk these.

That was a tough watch at times. We look so slow and laborious. I’d say they were the better side without really doing anything until the goal, but for all their neat passing they have little up front and look hopeless at the back. Any top 3 side would put 3 past these today.

Incredibly boring first 25 minutes. Curtis and Byers not having great games. Stockley is such an important player for us. Walters also playing well again.
