Because the fans ain't enjoying watching a bunch of bottle job players showing no fight or effort unless Carol reduces season ticket prices gets rid of the dead wood players and brings in better players otherwise the fanbase will pick and choose there games , the balls in carols court now hopefully she makes the right decisions

Ye get some good players in. No easy task with no dof or head scout.

So that means we will be left mostly with the dross no non-league team would want.  Getting them to move on would costs as they have been signed on long contracts.  Garrity and Chiz will be missed if they go for certain.  Ojo wants to leave by the looks of it.

With what do you mean to buy new players with that will make this side a sold div 1 club in div 2.  Without investment this will never be achievable and we will just bob around the bottom of Div 2 again like previously.   

Looking at the accounts we have employed more people than ever before, owe more and so just doesn't make sense how the club can fund better players to get us out of Div 2 on the first go.  The first team needs to be overhauled and better strikers, midfield and defenders brought in to do that - sorry can't see that happening.  Oh no - I forgot we have the youngsters coming through will be forced into the first team instead of going out and getting the proper experience they need to develop into Div 1 standard players.

Maybe our definitions of solid are different? A solid League 2 squad to me is someone like Barrow or Gillingham. Whereas a good one is Mansfield or Stockport. We need the latter or we're just building on League 2 sand again.

There's that old adage ' if they're good enough they're old enough '.

Not sure that applies in League 2. It's brutal. Shorrock, Walters, Lomax would be like lost sheep. Dipepa obviously the pick of the bunch but again coming up against some hairy brute with 300 games under their belt from Crawley or Salford will be very difficult for him.

DoF - this has been tried and didn't work and wasted millions.  He came for a managers job and walked out as DoF and then dragged the club down to where we are now going in to Div 2.  There is no way back after saturdays phenomenal performance by our Championship Ready team.  Do you think fans will want this again.  What is to stop mummy getting conned again by another fraudster pulling the wool over the owners again with fancy powerpoint presentations and business jargon.  

We have you, so why not you do that role, you just need to reactivate fraudcrofts presentations and plans he used to con everyone for 2 years.

If we want to go anywhere we need a dof. All top 10 sides in the top 4 league in England have dofs. Just because flitcroft did a bad job doesn't mean every other dof is bad. Wasn't saying this when we got promoted were u. This year his recruitment has been shocking. His plan on paper made complete sense. However he executed this plan badly.

"This has been tried and tested" Yes and it proves dofs are an essential part of a football club these day.
