It’s been clear from day one that Moore is terrible. Clueless. Anyone who thinks Tom sang is a centre half needs to be relieved of their duties. I’ve never known a manager able to sabatage themselves so consistently as him. 
When we needed a new manager I asked for one thing. A thorough recruitment process. And for the second time in a row the owners bragged about not doing that as though it was a good decision and gave him a five year contract. One interview with the guy would have told you enough.

I honestly think the rabbit-in-headlights second half from Moore is really worrying.

Yes, his squad is poor. As bad as Burton and Cheltenham’s? I’m not sure.

Exeter changed a lot and we didn’t seem to react. He subbed the only physical outlet for a weak, poor midfielder. He then just stood and watched as the entire fanbase could predict what would come.

I’ve been heartened by some of the improvements he’s made, but I’m genuinely not convinced by him from that.

One of the poorest 2nd halves I've ever witnessed in 23 years of supporting the Vale.

It's starting to really hurt now. I had hope until today. Ultimately but a few weeks can't wash away a year and a half of neglect and bad decisions. This unfortunately doesn't just fall on the departed Flitcroft but also Carol who as an owner should forsee her plan or in other words her INVESTMENT crumbling before her eyes. You got away with it by the skin of your teeth last year, this year you've managed to outdo yourself and leave it too late to sack the DoF who survived 3 managers up until his departure. 

Furthermore Darren Moore. Is he the man  to take us forward when the inevitable happens?

A win % of 15 says otherwise, considering we gave him the 5 year deal, which again brings me to Carol, who must have had some say in this decision. It reeks of softness which pretty much sums up our season. Kind and soft and rolling over none of which should be associated with my beloved Port Vale FC.
