Folks - anyone know whats happening with the 1876 Membership scheme...??  Personally, I'd prefer them to bring back the 10-ticket short season ticket option...

Someone said last week that Vale were doing the membership scheme again this season, which we (my wife & myself) had last season. But i'm with you Osh, I'd prefer the 10 game ticket also.. [emoji1303][emoji482]

I could be wrong of course but i do wonder if that's it for bigger known experienced players now and the next couple of signings could be trialists and then loans to come in to bolster things

We’ve got Conner cross a ball Grant on one wing and I don’t think I’ll make it through the season Clarke on the other. So no worries about supply

I do agree and i do think another wide player will come in maybe on loan but surely the priority should be cover at full back as all we have is Sang or Grant

I think we need a ball playing central midfielder but I guess that's George Byers but maybe we need another one because like now, he's not been available and we would need someone to fill that gap.

Which player did we sign where the fans of the team that he was coming from said that he needs to be playing with a ball playing midfielder?

With his head on OJO can be that player in league 2 , sadly last season  he threw us under the bus after Crosby exit in January .

And he did it the season before. Hes not a playmaker in any sense and he can do one for me

It's going to be interesting to see if any of the trialists get offered deals after todays behind closed doors game

Correct, our best player for the first half of last season. He needs to get back to playing like that or there is no chance he will be in the starting 11.

A right-back and a wideman on loan and it's pretty much job done, I imagine.

Would like to see another wide man but I think Curtis and Plant will be pretty good for us and Grant plus Sang as back ups. I think Chislett might end up on the wing as well. Right back we desperately need someone, because Clarke won’t stay fit for the season, Smith is not good enough in that position, Debrah certainly ain’t good enough and although Lowe did ok at RWB last season I don’t think he is the answer. Be good if we could off load Lowe and Debrah to bring in a quality right back. 

Watching DM’s interview with Radio Stoke looks like they’re going to have a final look at the triallists in the Bolton game. Reading between the lines you’d think they have a good chance at being offered something at least.
