    Think I saw someone suggest that he'd had a falling out with Clarke, but the family reason was the one given (as probably truth in that too).

    Either way probably a final good league contract, excellent player and exactly what we needed.

    Are there any other signings we need to make? Only thing I can think of is a proper Football Manager squad depth signing of a Defender (R&L) who can play on either side.

    Although Hall isn't the quickest I think he is quicker than Smith,Debrah is no slouch and i think he will look for pace in his full back positions to help cover the CB's

    Has he said anything about potential outgoings at all Osh?

    Certainly the most excited I’ve been about the Vale going into a season for a few years now. And we’ve done it early to bed them in during preseason.
