For those not at the game and watching on ifollow, or like me, Rams TV on a stream because I wouldn’t pay for this pish, the darts is on ITV4.

Don’t put your sanity through this crap anymore.

Doing exactly the same. Much better way to spend the Saturday.

Moore was a huge mistake. Five and a half year contract? What was Carol thinking?

What she demonstrably does during recruitment - latch on to the first name she's told and become instantly enamoured.

During my first manager search, Colin Garlick introduced me to Dave Flitcroft. (Actually, Flitcroft says he applied for the managers job, readily found in a youtube interview on Vale's channel) Dave and I spent over four hours on our first call talking and discussing ideas around football and what a good football club should look like. Dave understood the football industry inside out and aligned with my values. The only issue was Dave wasn’t working in football and had no plans to be. He had stepped away from football to be with his family. He was working alongside his brothers in their family business and spending more time with his wife and three sons. I knew that Dave was the right man to help me build this football club towards where I wanted it to go.

I asked Dave to be my Director of Football on a part time basis. He went away to think about it. I didn’t want anyone else to be in this role and I still don’t.

And in what appears to be a worrying case of history repeating, she told fans: “We had a Zoom, and we had three hours on the phone, me and Flicker, and him and his agent, and we had three hours on Zoom, and we talked about Port Vale…And he rang back and said he wanted to come and I couldn’t believe it, I absolutely couldn’t believe it. We didn’t go after anybody else because we went for him first…and I said we are so grateful to have him.”

Vale fans may be alarmed to hear that just as when Flitcroft was hired, there were no other candidates listed, considered, or interviewed. Neither does it appear that anyone else other than Flitcroft, a man who has already hired and fired two managers, was consulted in the process.

The former Sheffield Wednesday boss has a strong CV but surely due diligence needs to be done on other available candidates before an appointment is made.

Supporters may also question how the budget accommodated a five-and-a-half-year contract for Moore, who undoubtedly has good League One manager credentials, but couldn’t stretch to afford a much-needed striker just days previously when the transfer window closed.

Fully expect Ojo to get himself sent off this half.

I actually hope Stoke stay up to save the disappointment of missing out on Pottery derby next season

That’s where we’re headed .

Can see it now.  Someone throws a tennis ball on the pitch, one of our players will be running, sorry walking past, the ball hits him and he is out injured for the 2 week - turns out 2 months.  🤣

Too late for me. I won’t be attending another game this season and I’m not watching us in league 2 again.  Not unless there is a complete clear out from top to bottom

£25 to watch L2 football is going to be tough to justify to myself let alone the wife.

Apparently this game was going to be a good atmosphere. Sounds awful from even the Derby lot. And the football is not great from Derby either.

That's because it has a load of 💩💩 playing on it every other weekend 🤣🤣

Yates has said those words, the Vale side are falling back and not pushing up now.

That will be the gate for Derby to start scoring goals.

Was taking the positive from the first half we were only 2 down.  Still time for them to score another 8 goals and put this into double figures.
