No.  I've only been to two away games this season though, purely because I'm f***** off with the handling of the loyalty scheme.  The club were mugging fans off with ticketing for years and were completely dishonest in their reasons for re-setting the points system.  Not going into it again, but Iit's something I've taken up directly with Matt Hancock.

What are your thoughts on the Matt Hancock being made CEO ?

When I said this morning on this very thread that I’ve felt disconnected from the players and club since promotion I thought I’d be lambasted. However it’s not a good feeling to see that so many of us feel the same way.

Have to say some outstanding posts on this thread this weekend.

I hope @PVFC FAN is relaying them back to the board tomorrow morning.

But we haven’t changed the stadium in 20 years. 20 years!!! There’s a 5 year plan in place 🙄 oh he will do mate when floor cloth feeds him with his dairylea lunchable, kinder egg & fruit shoot for his lunch

Cheltenham fan here.  You were better first 20, we got to grips with your system and then generally were better I thought.

Your 2nd goal was about the first time the ball was in our half for 10 mins.!

Our second seemed to deflate you.

Thought only one winner thereafter.

And don’t get started on “el presidente”.

That may have been the most cringeworthy 5 minute video we’ve ever published.

El Dickheadio

Plz go away Robert, never to return. Insulting us Vale fans like he loves us all, when in the past he was quick to play in testimonials to massage his ego. If he loves the people and the area so much, move to Victoria Park Road, enrol the kids at Mill Hill or Haywood and get Ada to pull pints in the Moorland and be a meeter and greeter on a Match day...or replace DJ Nutter in the Fan zone every home game.

Now that would connect with the fans...

I definitely think something changed after the home defeat by Cheltenham when the team were barracked by the fans. I think some of the senior players were taken aback by the impatience with the passing game and were probably bemused by the loan kids being booed by the home fans. Thereafter it's felt like players and fans are not bonded.

Just my opinion of course.

This made me chuckle. Especially DJ Nutter. Bloke looks like he’s loving it but does my nut in when I’m waiting for my oatcakes.

They’re in the wrong profession if they can’t take the stick after putting in that shitshow of a performance. But we know the character of our team is pathetic so wouldn’t surprise me.

Andy Crosby did the unthinkable that day.

He paraded a bunch of useless performers around the pitch after the game. Stood front and centre. And applauded in our faces with his chest out while all those behind him sunk. Having been schooled by Clarke.

His arrogance that day was enough for me as it was basically two fingers up to fans as if it say we won’t stop playing like this.

That was the beginning of the end. He should have gone then. The players knew it that day. They haven’t recovered since.
