Right ok mate. I'm pretty sure you think recruitment is a simple job. It's not.

I'd like to see you run a club

You must be Flitcroft or someone associated inside it.

Is that the best you’ve got?

I don’t want to run a football club. I just want a director of football fit for purpose. And if I did run a club I wouldn’t have that clown anywhere near it.

Was Crosby in charge today ?

New manager

Same team and same formation

Same subs

Worst of all SAME EFFORT and PASSION. Not good enough !!!

Same poor quality from too many players.

Not a chance of retaining our div 1 place

The manager can only do so much though

What makes my piss boil over is

No desire , no fight and no passion from the players they are a disgrace to the vale badge

It's been two days and one match, jeese ! What chance when fickle fans like this.

NOTHING different whatsoever today.

Not even the fight and passion.

Did you see Cheltenham and D C.      Full of it they were and it shows. Certain to remain in div 1

A long long way ? Mid table comfort is a long long way. 2 successive relegation battles is downright poor.

If we go down we are back to square one.

Albeit we aren't down yet.

True true and true we aren't down yet

Pretty well every club in division 1 has managed to have better recruitment than we have in the last 13 months.

I'm pretty sure dof helped us get promoted. I suggest you listen to the portvale podcast. You can here what flickers has to say himself. I'm fully behind dm and df.

Utv

WOW

Get behind D M yes but if he plays as D F wants him to then we are doomed.

I want D M to sort it out for us but he has no chance with this squad and the way D F wants us to play

Valiant for over 45 years. Seen  it all, visited so many grounds to see  Vale play.  Experienced all the ups and all the downs. I've tried so hard to see any light at the end of the tunnel. I'm very patient, level headed and a Fan from my core. However my patience has now been stretched to the very limit. I honestly can find no more enthusiasm for a Club so disorganised or disinterested in their fans. Stevie Wonder could see what was blatantly wrong, many, many years ago but no one in the powers that be at Vale could bring themselves to rectify obvious failings. I'm so, so sorry and depressed tonight to confirm  that my 2 season tickets will  be last I have for my favourites. One can only take so much heartache, loss or sheer depression at what's happening to my lifetime passion. I'm  done. Enjoy your lives Valiants. I'm going to find an alternative way of spending my time and money. This admission kills me but I can no longer bear the upset or agonising that Vale bring me, week in week out. I love each and every one of you and the Port Vale Football Club but for my sanity I must seek an alternative way of enjoying my later years in life. I will forever follow Vale's results but my hard earned cash and heart will  now remain secure in my wallet and mind only. Unfortunately I feel I'm not alone in my thoughts or reasonings.
