Not long now before OVF goes into meltdown once the team news comes out 🙂

I would 100% take a draw tonight

That’s what we need take into the 2 massive home games

I didn't realise but their home form is quite decent,oh well no easy games now

I have a feeling we will get a win and will sneakily just stay up.

Lost count of the amount of games we've lost by a single goal this season. Can see us falling the wrong side of a tight game again tonight. We simply don't have enough characters. Hoping I'm wrong but 2-1 Reading. Late consolation goal from Wils.

It's in the hands (or feet) of the players now. DM is the man who needs to instill confidence, team spirit, fight, passion, determination, guts, as well as preparing the players and team right, coaching, tactics, formations, and all the other things that go into a L1 football team performance.

He's experienced and hopefully he's the man for the job. Every Vale Fan wants him to succeed, just as we wanted AC before him to succeed.

None of these players were his, although they are all his now, obviously. None of the issues with the structure of our club have been created by him.

I know everyone will get behind him and the team on match days and do everything we can as supporters to play our part in surviving in L1.

I'm looking forward to seeing the team formation and selection tonight.

UTV!

COME ON.

COME ON.

INTO THESE.

Get yourself whipped up. Come on!:

For me I'd love us not to concede tonight. I'd be happy with a Nil-Nil draw.  "IF" that lead to Vale significantly reducing the amount of goals they concede in EVERY game, then it will go far to us staying up.

If we get a win I'd be delighted. BUT we've got to stop shipping (so many) goals.

As a defender, Big D will understand that.

Couldn't agree more Osh - we need to become much harder to beat, whatever that takes.  Once we concede, I just can't see us winning - not enough goals in the team.  A clean sheet would be wonderful.
