True, but i don't recall massey having 2 good games on the bounce in his whole career either. Or grant having 2 good games at all.

That's why I would have started Grant. :classic_dry:

Just think it was always going to be a tough, though game for both of them against experienced pros. At home I have less worry as they have the crowd to get them through the tough moments.

Would take 7 figures if so.

Would give a testicle for Ikpeazu to finally grab a goal.

I'm not a fan of Massey or Grant but in a game like this experience is always a massive thing. Kids the age they are will rarely have two good games back to back as they'll obviously be so up and down. Start one of them, sure, but not both.

I can see the thinking but the matchup especially with Emmanuel looked a tough ask for Shorrock just at this point of his career.

Garrity is having a hell of a good Christmas period. His running stats must be insane.

Grants been poor for me since joining, Shorrock man of the match last game so like i say it was right to name an unchanged side from the blackpool win. Its hardly cost us we haven't conceded by starting the young lads so it's not backfired anyway

I've always thought of him as more of a midfielder than a wing-back. Also, considering he had a reputation of scoring the odd banger we haven't seen any signs of that.

Theres something about him that just makes him very watchable.

Great attempt from Wilson

Need to turn the screw on these now

Feels like we’ve stepped up the pace a bit in the last few minutes.
