Good to read although I really, really do hope that we did build attractive future payments / bonuses into this contract. 

More widely, it’s a sad indictment on the state of football that the best thing for his development is to go to Man City where even players like Cole Palmer couldn’t get a look in, rather than work towards the first team here.

I don't know if we will get anything from ndala being at vale as a kid. He was only 10 or 11 when he left vale and went to man city it's them that have developed him into the potential star player he could be. I doubt at the young age he was basically a primary school kid we will have put anything in place such as appearance fees or sell on clause.

There are lots of clauses in the contract I believe. I think we do best if City sell him on for a decent fee.

I think he was 13 when we sold him. I'm sure the initial fee was around £100,000.

I’m imagine there’s also appearance related/international clauses. So let’s hope he plays 100 games for city in a couple seasons, plays for England then they sell him for £150 mil 🤣

You'd like to think we negotiated a 10% sell on as an absolute minimum. Anything less than that & I'd be spewing to be honest.

If he moves for anything near 50 million then we could be bagging 5 mill. All guess work though.

i heard 100k he went for. There's clauses in his contract regarding first team appearances & senior international caps which he's gonna get both so we will make more money off him in the future 👌🏻
