Just thinking out aloud, not sure regards the latest on renewing the pitch, but if was on the horizon, to save money why not make the pitch as small a possible bring it up to the hamil and lawn street. Just a thought!!!!

I think it's a good advantage to have, learn how to play on a big pitch and take advantage at home, make vale park a fortress etc

Just thinking with the railway paddock, soon to be deemed obsolete any new stand could be bought closer to the playing area making for a better atmosphere. Do we really need such a big ground when realistically we’re looking at attendances of 10k at best. Thoughts folks !!!!

I think it would make sense to bring a new stand closer to the pitch, the current stands are bloody miles away

We’ve already had  at least 2 crowds over 10 k this season, if agent Neil keeps performing we could get over 20 k next season, capacity permitting.

We've never averaged over 10k in a season though

Every season since WW2 until 1960 was over 10k average, 20,869 being the highest average.
