Found guilty of pushing the opposition fan and knocking his glasses off, though the judge ruled the punch Ojo threw was in self defence after the man got back up and squared up to him. The verdict? A £400 fine for Ojo, which is less than half Harratt was fined for hare coursing for those keeping count.

I'm guessing Funso will be disappointed to have a conviction to his name but it's all over now and he's only a few quid out of pocket.

Didn't realise that he'd been involved in anything like this.  Looks a bit "handbags at 4 paces" stuff, but nevertheless he's now probably got some sort of criminal charge against his name, albeit the rules of Scottish law are slightly different than down here.

Well, just to add a bit of background, this was the second time he'd been assaulted by a Dundee United supporter at that same game. The summariser on BBC Scotland's football programme, showing the footage of that first incident, said 'I commend Ojo for the restraint he showed; I'm not sure I could have done that'. Of course, the court case was about the second incident.

He entered a not guilty plea shortly after joining us. the whole thing was in all the Scottish papers at the time last year so the club will have been well aware of it. As you say, a bit of handbags but seems he did overstep the mark slightly and now as a black mark next to his name in legal terms. Hopefully it doesn't affect his visa or anything like that.

Obviously any kind of violence is wrong and I know not every fan is the same but let's just say Dundee United have a lot of pond scum in there fanbase. They love to cause trouble everywhere they go. Again not all 

If I had some half cut council estate chav in my face trying to egg me on I'd certainly struggle to hold my restrain also.
