Had an e mail from them today.Saying about TM01.So according to this Millers appointment wasn't till 06/03/2012.That was Tuesday i thought it was before then and that is why the council got involved putting us into admin.Am i getting crossed wires here?

His appointment was terminated on the 6th.

 

Must be the wording thats caught me.As it was in Sentinel 28th Feb so is it that it takes that long to go through the system.

I guess he resigned "in body" in December. The game would have been up then had they submitted that info'

The TM01 states that Mr Miller resigned as a director on Thursday 23 February. The form was filed at CH on 6 March.

The form AP01 will tell you the date he became a director (you will have to purchase it for £1.00)

What I was getting at was the date being Tuesday on the form but he resigned before then and we couldn't go into admin so needed the council to put the club into admin.But it's been cleared up now as it was due to it going through the system
