I now have in my possession emails and letters from Broxap's Robert Lee, the latest one sent just today, that clearly state that Graham Mudie is no longer eligible to vote on behalf of Broxap Ltd or hold a seat on the Board of Directors on behalf of Broxap by way of sponsorship.

Robert has given Graham a couple of weeks to do the honourable thing and step down with dignity but he has failed to do so and I now have authority to reveal the letters and emails.

Bill Lodey has apparently notified the relevant authorities that Graham Mudie is no longer eligible by the Articles of Association to remain as a Director of Port Vale Football Club. I believe he has until this Friday to stand down otherwise there are is legal recourse on the club.

great news, that little snake should have been long gone.

where can we see these letters/emails Bede?

I'm currently working in Dover so not sure if the hotel computers will allow me to upload the scanned copies from my emails. I suspect not as I had trouble yesterday trying to release a news item on the B&G website through them not allowing downloaded attachments.

I'll get them online when I can.

Well done Bede, Rob Lee and Bill Lodey.
