The club haven't missed today's deadline as far as I am concerned. This is the written agreement deadline between the solicitors. So all we now need to know from the SC is whether that agreement has been received or not. And if not, then the shareholders are within their rights to call the EGM at a date of their choosing.

I'm just sumising, but the comments by GB previously that they agreed to give the clubs sols until close of business today, due to possible costs consequences leads me to believe the action is being conducted under some sort of guidelines. There is a possibility that anything released without both sides consent could prejudice one or both parties position. It's better to be safe than sorry in my opinion.

So this is a Board of Directors who have an overwhelming vote of no confidence that have failed in their legal duty to call an EGM within 21 days and who were given a further deadline but have instead shown utter contempt to 900+ shareholders and 97% of the fan base...they are not fit for office.
