This week's vintage Port Vale match (I'm excited)

No game on Monday evening this week. I've delayed the classic match because thanks to @darren1810 I've received these videos through the post.

As I am a huge Andy Jones fan, can you guess which one's going to be aired this week? 

If I can extract it to digital I suspect we may have a Thursday evening trip to Craven Cottage folks...

I've seen the  Fulham game before but the VHS tape with it on was lost so I'm delighted to get a second chance to see it and to broadcast for you to enjoy.

More details of the exact time of the vintage game to follow!

Oh wow, I actually owned that video as a kid. Jones was my hero as a kid. I’ve has favourite players since, but none have made me want to buy a wales scarf to wear while watching them.

Hi Ray,

I put a few comments on the YouTube page and on the preview piece. Unfortunately it's the Fulham production at the time. It's filmed  into the sun so the picture leeches. But it does get a bit better when the sun goes down and on close ups. Sadly as it's 33 years old it's not great picture quality and only one camera but hopefully the quality of the Vale win will overide the blurry picture.

Yeah, I guess you don't win them all.

It is poor quality and I was trying to make that known prior to it airing. From my preview  of the recording I watched it gets slightly better as the match progresses.

But sorry you're having problems. It may help showing it minimised rather than full screen but if you can't follow it I do understand!
