Errr, not quite sure what this formation's called. It's the 5 at the back with a diamond midfield so I'll call it a 5-1-2-1-1

Pope is useless.

 

So why has he won multiple man of the match awards. If he did have a bad match at Southend, its one of maybe three or four all season where he hasnt been great. Some of the squad have 10 or more suspect performances to their names this season.

Pope is needed as he will put the effort in, and not go missing like some who I wont name at this time.

Williamson and Pope create so many chances for the team and Dodds can finish. Logic dictates put the three together. Richards for me is too selfish a forward (not a criticism I level at him alot), however him over Pope would be fine. Owen and McCombe have been dog c r a p all season ! Changes and now ! Otherwise just chuck some youth in, see how the cope. If they do well Micky will have SOMETHING to plan on and start the reconstruction with next year. However any faith in Micky is as low as my faith in the bored. I feel anything away from a bog standard well known tactic is behind him. I know managers favour formations and stuff but a bit of radical thinking couldn't hurt him.

With the squad situation as it is, what team would you play?

 

Probably an under 11s team [we have a chance of beating them] definitely an under 5s [may be able to bully them] or a team of guide dogs but only if their owners are holding them.... I would have suggested a team of snakes but lloyd would have slipped on unnoticed as an extra.
