What all this trouble has done is galvanise the real fans together and I have personally got to know many fine people who love the Vale as much as I and thanks for that. As they say 'every cloud has a silver lining' and all that.

Take no notice of Jimmy, I am 46 (15/5/65) and you definitely do know me. if you are the Chris Lowe I knew, you were quiet and at one point worked behind the bar at The Place. Also went out with one of the Turnock sisters and I think you were in the Cubs and possibly Scouts which my mum and dad ran. The Tim you mention, did he have younger brothers, if so wasn't their surname Caldwell?

I must be the most dedicated trouble maker then traveling from Portsmouth to protest but I have been told many times I'm not a real vale fan.........but I'm vale home and away as much as my job will let me.

Being 38 I'm not a kid and I will continue to protest as long as it takes.

 

I have been abused by fellow vale fans and also punched by a steward but this won't put me off I will stand my ground no surrender

That's is indeed who I am. Got less quiet when I left. Could be mixing you up with your brother Tim. We lived at 27, Tim was roughly opposite. Bill Bell lived on the opposite side of the circle, roughly opposite the Galleys, next door but two to Barry Salt (Place Manager).
