Most of our players are unrecognisable ( in a good way)from 2 months ago,Pugh,Tonge Kay,and Davis has gone from Lionel Blair to Lionel messi,so who ever comes goes or stays this transfer window have faith in Aspo to get the best out of them..

 

Good point, especially about Davis. Gibbons available for tomorrow, but does Davis deserve to be replaced by him after his recent form in Gibbons enforced absence ? Davis has stepped in and, in my opinion, staked a claim. Interesting to see how Aspin plays it tomorrow.

I think aspos decision tomorrow on gibbons could be potentially a very crucial one for the rest of the season. Drop Davis, and this could destabilise the obvious bond with the players that he has developed, as Davis has taken his chance with both hands and does not deserve to be dropped, regardless of how good gibbons has been up to the suspension. That said, if gunning doesn't play, he could justifiably move Davis into the centre. Purkiss was awful last season yet kept his place week in week out, and IMHO this is one of the main reasons why we were crap most weeks - there was just no fear of being dropped.

Hi, I am a Luton supporter and just wanted to say thanks for the hospitality and all round friendly form Vale on Saturday. We played rubbish, your guys were totally up for the game; so well ddone to you all tou 100% deserved the victory and very best luck for the remainder of the season.

A really friendly Vale fan walked down to the excellent Bulls Head with me and we enjoyed a great conversation about football and teh titanic brewery. What an excellent pub, fans mixing and BBQ as well.

I hope Luton do make it this yera to L2 but I tell you what, I would not mind putting a few £ on you guys to do a Blackpool and storm theough the play offs.

Great comments thanks for that and there’s no doubt you’ll be in league 1 whether we’ll get there is a long shot but atleast we’re getting better with aspin and rudge in charge now

Thanks for the kind words. But don’t expect the same hospitality from the “Prize Bully’s” down the road. They’re easy enough to spot. Just look out for a mobile rubbish bin clad in candy stripe with two pies in one hand, a woodbine in the other and someone akin to Bella Emberg in a mini skirt slobbering around their neck. Not forgetting the imaciated Staffie on a piece of string. Not that I’m stereotyping of course.
