He has exactly the same football experience has Synectics and he's local. He should do a great job for us.

 

there you go again and you claim not to have a bee in your bonnet about Synectics. The directors of Synectics have 25 years experience of running a successful local customer focused business. Tony Fradley was a manager at Network Rail with zero business experience. Given the two polar opposites, which one would a sensible person lean towards?

Which is a bigger company, Synetics or Network Rail? How do you know TF has less management experience?

What has the size of the companies got to do with it? I never mentioned management experience, i'm talking about business experience. He probably has years of management experience, but being an employed manager on a salary is a different ball game to running a business and taking business decisions which will include an element of risk where the failure of those decisions will impact directly on you.

Incorrect. Tony had a senior management position with NR. He then went on to set up and run his own Rail related business, very successfully.

The choice, as I see it, is not Fradley OR Synectics, so your points are not really relevant anyway.

 

You actually said (as I quoted the other day) FOOTBALL experience. Now you've moved it to BUSINESS experience and you are completely disregarding MANAGEMENT experience.

 

It's a worthless splitting of hairs.

 

And for the 19th time, you've completely missed the point of my post. I have nothing against Synectics and would absolutely love to see a local company/vale fans come in and give us the success that I think our fanbase deserves.

 

What would you be saying if I starting bringing up personal information about wives leaving them for other women and insulting their appearance?

I genuinely can't believe Tim is starting on another chairman before he's done anything, I doubt he will ever be happy with anyone

I do think it's a strange appointment. If he has been Life President this season and has been at Smurf's side all along, what input has he had into this season's farcical goings on? If nothing, what has he done to make Smurf think he is up to this job?

 

I know he's been a Vale fan for years, indeed he talked at one point about buying the club himself when he had enough cash, I'm just not sure he is the right appointment now. Colin Garlick is the man with the know-how so what role is Tony Fradley going to play??

 

I've got my season ticket just in case anyone asks!
