They both have background in property development. Selman was talked about a couple of years ago on here as having approached the club with a view to securing grants to develop the brown field sites around Vale Park.

Brian Melzack has been sniffing around the Vale for years via many 'investment' stories and has known Bratt for nearly twenty years. He's only ever in it for himself and his involvement, if any is worrying.

 

I fear out of the frying pan into the saucepan with the people at the top, except now the shareholders are powerless.

Thats the thing, the cartel is complete now that they own above 50% of the club between them, looks like I'll never be going back to the vale.
