I'm sure the Financial Controller at Port Vale, the Directors at Port Vale, the audit manager at Alextra Accountants and the partners at Alextra Accountants would all be interested in these allegations as well.

 

I wish you luck with Alextra Accountants. When I contacted with them after the AGM they refused to enter into correspondence with me, a shareholder, any matters dealing with the Accounts.

Your agenda suggests that you just want to sue someone from this and other posts, its a messageboard with peoples opinions on it, I have,nt ever heard of anyone being sued for having a n opinion.

 

Football is the biggest opinionated subject to debate so get over it!!!!

The paperwork would always be an issue. THey may have been keen to get him board, they may well still be, but there wasn't much they could do without the paperwork. It was up to Mark Sims to sort that.

 

I wasn't there. I don't own any shares. I'd never buy shares in a football club.

 

Mark completed all the paperwork he could before the EGM and forwarded it to Lodey to sign and forward to the Football League. Lodey did send it on but without signing it to intentionally delay anything happening. Ask the FL if you don't believe me.
