Promoted and relegated teams

Recommended Posts

Presuming that we are in league 1 next season who would people like to see promoted or relegated into our division at the end of the current campaign. millwall and Blackpool looks certain to come down but would you rather see Wigan, Rotherham or possibly Fulham coming down. Rotherham is always a good day out but the other two would be good. I can't remember if we have played at the DW before but I certainly remember going to the old ground before particularly the time when the game there got called off about 2.55 about 25 years ago. The top three in league 2 seam sorted they all good places to go with the two local clubs in Shrewsbury and burton and the vale connection with Wycombe. The playoff spot could be any of the next 8/9 clubs. Who do people want to see come up. Bury would be a decent localish one.

wigan and blackpool are both handy locations for me, so i'd like to see them get relegated

i want shrewsbury to get promoted as a tribute for one of my friends who died recently who went to watch them home and away pretty much every weekend. they're having a minute's applause for him during their game tomorrow which is a good gesture from the club

Same here for Wigan and Blackpool, and if Rotherham come down its a great stadium, though I wish them well compared to Millwall, whose only redeeming feature is that they dislike West Ham :)

Also like to see Shrewsbury and Bury join Burton in coming up, and Newport for all the seasons they suffered in non-league, or maybe Southend a cracking little club with a genuine manager.

played a the DW quite a few times since they moved there. Remember going when Chris Killen scored on his hot streak for us while on loan from Man Citah
