Now that the season is approaching and the fixture list is published, football is starting to make a comeback on this forum and it is actually becoming both interesting and humourus once more.

The opinions of everyone irrelevant of faith or creed are welcome as 'variety is the spice of life'.

To make a request to ban an individual whose views you do not agree with is nothing short of disgraceful.

Please ignore the above post, Banbell. Your posts are a refreshing change from the constant anti-board drivel. Mo and LB have confessed to carrying out their negotiations in the best interest of Port Vale but weren't even prepared to cough up 50K to support all the hard work and money put in by NLV. Disgraceful and disrespectful!

With all due respect you seem to know very little.

Banbell a great big, free advert for the reason we need change, keep it up.

I dont want banbell banned

I have spoken to him, it did take me a few times to get him to answer over a few months but eventually he did answer.

He clearly has issues with Mo, personal ones, he will not answr my questions as to what or why which I find very strange.

Just got this PM off him:

Hi

My name's Banbell, I'm a massive Forest supporter, I used to love sitting in the old Trent End watching players like Larry Burns and John Robinson.

When I'm not supporting Forest, I love nothing more than to drop in on lower division teams' message boards and set the world to rights.

Even though it's none of my business at all and I have absolutely no knowledge of the situation, I can see that Mo Chaudry is obviously not the right person to take Vale forward, whereas Bill Bratt, who I've never met, is doing a fantastic job and loves the club and should be allowed to continue running it forever and ever and ever.

Right, I'm off now to continue supporting Forest, who, as you may or may not be aware, I'm a massive fan of.

I hope this helps.

Bye!

Having met Mo Chaudry and my ex partner having worked for him i can say he is a decent man, hardworking putting in hours others simply couldnt do with the drive of a man i have never seen before, i wouldnt say i know him personally but what i know of him is this, he is a fierce and commited businessman, a man of the community whos work gos unmentioned or unnoticed, a supporter of the local community and a guy who simply wants to help Port Vale, i have no doubt he wants to take us to the next level and then make money on us, but the only way he can do that is to get success at vale.

so heres the scenario Mo buys in, gets us tot he championship sells the club and walks away £5million to the good.

what a b@stard eh !

He cant afford to fail and for the most part in recent years he never has.

take out past mistakes which made him stronger and hes a damn good business man.

knowone else of any sort of hopnour is beating down the door, i have more money than the board the clueless potless and out of ideas move on FOR US ALL

May I suggested you check your sources - taking drivel yourself doesn't help your own discussion point.

Hows it drivel?

Seems spot on to me.

Lost control of PV for a measly £10,000.

Whatever way you look at it, whatever you think of RL, its what happened.

Accept it and please stop trying to blame everybody else.

Is RL now telling the truth then ?

If MC had paid 50k would we have still got his vote ?
