Talking stats here, if the overall figure from the EGM (shares cast not shareholders) was 50% and if people stick to that, then Adams will not get in as the 50% was based on those who voted, they will need far more voters to take into account the percentage of people who didn't vote at the EGM.

If that were to happen than I would predict serious problems at Vale Park !

 

It would be the biggest "up yours" to the fans in the clubs history ! (no doubt Jeff Kent will disagree versus events in 1907)

Once the "cartel" has the dollars converted into equity then along with the Broxap shares their shareholding will be over 53%....not only can Jackson and Meigh walk back in along with the Broxap share purchase sponsored

Mudie but the offer to NLV can be withdrawn and MARK SIMS can be VOTED OFF and far away from the books.

Having had a brief look at the letter from the board, there is nothing on it saying how many shares yuo hold or other details so are the holding a one man one vote for this resolution? Also as the forms are not personal to the shareholder, what is stopping the Board just signing a load of forms and saying they have enough votes, who would check signatures etc? As sure as night follows day this will be voted through by probably foul means just like the mysterious crash of the computer holding the vote results at the egm just before they were to be announced.

I am sure NLV et al will have informed the FL of the transparently flawed nature of this MA "vote". Wide open to fraud.

I would bet the result is already sitting on Mr Pratts desk.
