I have been thinking about the situation with the postal poll vote regarding the decision to allow Micky Adams to become a director.

If my understanding is correct a non reply is considered a NO vote. So with this in mind I am sure that if it is carried out correctly (honestly) then it will be impossible for this gimmick to succeed, remember that as important as the EGM was there was still a good number who didn't vote. This could be due to apathy, death or any number of reasons.

All I can say is if it goes through then the votes have been rigged. What are your thoughts on this one?.

As the club has ALREADY registered a 4th director with the FL I'm not convinced honesty was part of the plan.

The V2001 have 28% plus Broxap plus Machin it is around 35% and if they have been going round buying more votes/shares they could have over 40% to start with...they might only need just over 10%....this is probably the future whereby they can use their block poll vote then ask the fans await the first postal returns and it is unanamous....the rest can be ignored as a non-vote.

os, yes the potential for rigging is the problem. what you need to bear in mind is that there are those people who historically DO NOT VOTE . these votes will be noted from previous occasions as doing such and therefore could if required be manipulated without any questioning . of course i am talking hypotheticly.

As they have approx 28% of the shares, they would only need 23% total shareholding to carry it, that is the stitch up imo

And also hadn't they already signed that Ameriturf deal without a fourth Director....untill there is a full Board Bratt can't be Chairman.

I think the paperwork was signed (in principle) before the EGM. However, nothing can happen with it until the 4th director is on Board. Hence the urgency, it has nothing to do with signing players, the club is desperate for £400k as they have no money for MA and can't commit to any budgets.

None,they weren't consulted and those against don't get a vote anyway.....those against get a non-vote and once they get a small

percentage of returns to add to their block poll vote it's unanamous.

It is almost a taste of the future today because once that American Sponsorship is turned into equity the Board will have 53% and don't need to ask the fans or they can and just run another such postal vote whereby only

votes for count and votes against are a non-vote....it's unanamous ever after.

Was it not 400k sponsorship that can become 24.9% equity anytime soon

and 100k loan.........it could cover the SEO losses short term but the real

urgency is to get the dead shares onboard so that the "cartel" have 53%

and then an EGM can't touch 'em and along with the return of Meigh,Mudie and Jackson the offer to the NLV can be withdrawn and they can simply vote

for Mark Sims to go away without seeing the books.
