Following on from the what are they hiding thread, a few have been asking about Bill letting anyone see the books. Indeed he did say it on this video about one month ago........... 4 mins 50 in.

I guess this video can be referenced if someone really wants to see the books.

 

I would guess the thing Bill Bratt failed to mention (and he's good at that) is that whoever does want to look at the books needs to sign a confidentiality / non-disclosure agreement.

 

Maybe someone should give it a test.

Well I think someone should wave that interview under Glen Olivers nose or Mark needs to take a copy of it to the club and say " well, Bill said I could come down anytime with independent people (my accountant) and look at the books, so I think I will"

But according to Mr Oliver, in an email to me yesterday:

 

"the democratic outcome of the EGM, as decided by the shareholders, is that the continuing three Directors should work to restore the Board to a functioning quorum, and should also work to facilitate the accession of Mark Sims, who was also approved by the EGM, to the Board."

 

Did Mark see the books this week then?

 

I am totally confused by all these mixed messages.....
