Out of Contract Players :). who are worth a try at the vale?

With all the ins and outs (mostly outs) I think there is quite a lot of work to be done. For me we need:

 

- a centre half

- 2 defensive midfielders

- 2 central midfielders

-3 wingers

- a striker

 

However - judging by the reduced playing budget we probably won't get half of those.

I think that we could get a few on loan and a few permant signings will do for me :). 4 or 5 quality signings could change our season again :).

Even if we don't go for him the likes of him,Aneke and Pritchard show that they are out there.

 

Prichard has been linked with Wigan and Huddersfield on loan so it looks unlikely and Aneke is a free agent with fulham and leeds interested so that might be unlikely again.

i think Grealish would do well in the championship i think.... and look at tom ince he started on loan from liverpool to notts county once and he scores a lots of goals for blackpool and played premier league football with crystal palace last season on loan.

I'd be disappointed if we didn't at least speak to the lad. I think he'd do well for us personally. Reading some of the comments from Crewe fans they say he hasn't been happy for a good long while? Apparently he's from Smallthorne & supports the Vale too. A happy Byron Moore playing for his boyhood team would be a good fit & a adequate replacement for JMW, imo.
