Paladini, yet another investor rejected by Bill Bratt.

We will never know for sure, but gut instinct tells me this was a correct decision to reject.

Look back at some of the things that happened at QPR.

We may not have had a club now - in no way is this defending other rejections of investments, but this man was one I am glad never got his hands on our club.

Bea - have a chat with former Director Geoff Wakefield and you may well change that view.

What went on at QPR was somewhat out of his hands but what I am simply saying is that he genuinely had the cash he said he had to invest in the Vale unlike Jackson and Co who blocked him.

It was as a result of this that Jackson tried to get approval to buy all the remaining shares in the club at a fraction of the face value we fans had bought ours for and it was only through pointing out to him that it was illegal to do this whilst the share offer was still on the open market that stopped V2001 agreeing to his scheme.

Perhaps I should have said nothing as it would have counted against them and the Company Secretary in the current investigation.

Wish he was back interested myself. He has the cash he has proven football club commercial, marketing and financial expertise.

Smurf would sell him the football club at the drop of a hat and rent him the ground from the other company.

That would then probably pay back the loan taken out against the ground to cover this years deficit that we will probably find out about in due course.

Paladin Is a real businessman with a real football passion would not touch that deal with a barge pole or possibly a gondola pole in his case.

What went on at QPR was somewhat out of his hands....

Really?

How about the incident where he accused shareholders of blackmail, false imprisonment and gun possession and all were found not guilty. What damage did that do to QPR's reputation? How much did it cost the courts to hold that trial? How would that sort of thing gone down with Vale fans?

Or the incident when Paladini took legal action against a QPR Fanzine because it had criticised his regime? (link)

Or that it was Paladini that had breached four FA regulations in the signing of Alejandro Faurlín, which lead to a club fine of £875,000 (how would that have gone down with Vale fans) and almost led to a point reduction that would have seen them not promoted to the PL?

"chairman, Gianni Paladini, submitted false documentation when renegotiating Faurlín's contract in October" (Guardian, 2011)

"one things for sure, that clown Paladini did not "save" us and its not his legacy that we are where we are. We're there despite him, not because of him. And its actually quite sad that those who know no better and those who blindly believe everything his parasites peddle, were quick to post up "thanks Gianni you saved us" messages on social media. Thankfully, they're in a diminishing minority and its pleasing that so many see Paladini as the incompetent fool he really is. Not only that, the way his dirty work was conducted by his parasites was truly unpleasant. Dont think Uncle Gianni was just a smiling buffoon. His 30% malicious was actually very nasty. I've seen and heard things first hand, and those that conducted themselves in his name should be ashamed of themselves. Some "Friends" they turned out to be." (Quote from one user of a QPR Forum)
