reckon Shuker deserves a start with Cuvelier perhaps coming on later - Shuker turns every game he plays in - Plymouth being just the latest example.

We should have been out of site by half time at Oldham earlier in the season, but we didn't turn up for the second half and they hammered us!Vale must get at them with the same high tempo of that first half BUT maintain it for the majority of the 90 mins this time to ensure us of another 3 points:yes:

Shuker did really well at Plymouth, we have new boy Flo, Hugill was good but so was Ben when he came on, where is Lofty going to play, will Davis come into back four, are Tomlin and Grif fit ?? All very interesting.

 

Only certainty for me is Dodds should not be on. We now have ample permutations to play anyone but him. Thanks for your efforts but now time to seek pastures new, me think.

I have a feeling Yates might get rested. He's looked a bit tired lately, and that's understandable as he's played almost every game/minute! Give him a breather.

Yeah, I'd maybe like to see Cuvelier as the wide man and interchange with Loft and Jeno throughout the game... but that cohesion takes time to develop unless you're the likes of Ozil, Ramsey, Cazorla etc!
