We've got Dickinson, weeeve got ****-in-son, weve got dicko, weve got dicko, weve got Dickinson!! weee've got dickison.........

 

I genuinely have no idea if he is any good (but has played mainly championship) so i guess so, who cares if he played for the team down the road.....

 

If it was a straight choice for him between us and Barcalona, and he chose us........would people still be complaining?

 

its happened he has signed lets hope he is decent - at centre back as we have no others really!!!!

Personally, although I would like us to sign that Doumbe fella I think we're looking alright at the back. Robertson and Chilvers will be a decent pairing and both Dickinson and Duffy (supposedly his best position) can play there as cover if needed, and then there's Joe Davis too. I would like one more centre-back before the season starts up but if it's not to be then it's certainly no crisis.

 

I think at the moment the squad looks certainly good enough for a mid-table finish, and with a bit of luck, some good loan signings and a good January transfer window, who knows... ;)

It depends what the plan is for Dickinson. The plan might be to play him left centreback. If we don't sign Duombe, then this must be the cunning plan.

Yes he will. He was our best centre half last season. He may not be our best player but he is more than adequate.

 

IMO of course!

 

I agree, what I meant was that I don't think he will be good enough to start every week in league 1. I'd like us to sign doumbe and have chilvers as back up, a good squad player.
